Julio has over twenty five years of service in multiple capacities including twelve years of military service where he was awarded the Bronze Star.

 

Julio earned a Bachelors from Rollins College majoring in Applied Anthropologies, World Religions, and Organizational Behavior, and a Masters in International Business.  He is a Project Manager, Business Strategist (Six Sigma Certified) and owns an accounting firm specializing in services for small businesses and non-profit organizations.
