Providing Everything Our Clients and Their Families Need

Wellness Retreats and Collaborative Pathways Forward
Our network of affiliates offer a variety of different tactical wellness retreats, private events, and support services. Collaborative pathways forward are also available if needed, which include professional therapy (in person or via telehealth), addiction recovery support, family therapy, and many other optional services.

Most programs are open to anyone within certain medical guidelines while some of the retreats and events are exclusive to military vets and first-responders. This structure is highly effective due to the camaraderie and small-group-cohesion that unfolds when all participants are battling the same psychological wounds resulting from the same type of environment.
Discounts are offered at most retreat locations while partial and full sponsorships are allocated on a case-by-case basis to vets who are struggling.
Private in-home sessions can be coordinated for those who require complete privacy and confidentiality from group settings. We’ve facilitated private retreats and services for some of the most elite S.O.F. veterans and active-duty service members, as well as others from our nation’s three letter agencies.
Some of the trauma-healing and reprocessing techniques are unconventional, but have been observed over many years to be the most effective means for overcoming all treatment-resistant psychological wounds of war and public service.
Mental Health Therapy and Wellness Coaching for Clients and Their Families
A vital part of the healing process is having supportive and understanding people in the home environment. When someone has a major breakthrough in their inner work, it is very important that family members, especially a spouse or significant-other know how to support, hold space, and give space as needed.
In addition to our affiliated team of combat vet therapists, WRA has a network of trained and experienced wellness coaches who specialize in the type of experiences they themselves have dealt with. For example, preparation and post-retreat consultation calls are offered by certified support-coaches who are also military spouses - to other military spouses whose wife or husband is about to attend a tactical wellness retreat. There is also a regular weekly schedule of support meetings via Zoom with several different types of groups.

Community
Community and camaraderie is often the best medicine. There are a variety of affiliates in our network who coordinate social and recreational gatherings, and others who provide specially tailored recreational therapy for individuals. Above all, WRA seeks to facilitate connection within the veteran and first-responder community, and our brothers & sisters look forward to welcoming you to the family.
